Apple’s Next Wave: Around 20 Devices Coming
2026-06-22
Apple’s roadmap looks less experimental than expected. Instead of wild bets, it reads like an aggressive refresh cycle across every major line, according to Mark Gurman’s latest Power On newsletter, which sketches roughly 20 products slated for release over the coming stretch.

At the center is the Mac. New MacBook Pro and MacBook Air models are expected, built around upcoming Apple silicon generations that push CPU core counts and GPU throughput while tightening power efficiency under the same thermal envelopes. Desktop users are in line for updated iMac and Mac mini systems, a sign that Apple still sees headroom in its in‑house SoC strategy and unified memory architecture.
More telling is the tablet and wearable push. Gurman points to multiple iPad revisions, including higher‑end displays and faster neural engines for on‑device machine learning, paired with Apple Pencil and keyboard updates that keep the tablet pitched as a quasi‑laptop. On the wrist and in the home, refreshed Apple Watch models and new home hardware are expected to serve as the primary conduits for Apple Intelligence features, turning routine accessories into the company’s most persistent software touchpoints.
