GIGABYTE brings LCD flair to AORUS ELITE AIOs
2026-08-03
Front and center on GIGABYTE’s new AORUS ELITE Series AIO liquid coolers is not the pump or the radiator, but the screen. A full color LCD now dominates the pump cap, turning a once invisible component into a data feed and branding surface that can show system metrics, logos, or custom images while coolant circulates through the loop.

This move signals that liquid cooling has shifted from pure thermodynamics to visual identity, even as the hardware still leans on dense fin stacks and high static pressure fans to move heat away from modern CPUs. The series launches in 360 mm and 240 mm radiator formats, each offered in both black and white, giving system builders straightforward compatibility with standard mid tower and compact performance cases without forcing a single aesthetic path.
The lighting strategy goes beyond simple accent effects. Dual zone RGB splits control between the pump housing and the fan array, allowing independent addressable RGB patterns along the frame and hub while the LCD operates as a separate visual channel. Behind the show, a sealed pump unit, optimized cold plate microfins, and PWM controlled fans keep the focus on heat transfer coefficient and airflow curve rather than cable clutter, positioning AORUS ELITE as a cooling platform that treats style as another configurable parameter, not a distraction from thermal headroom.
